Media Strategy

Campaign strategy

Before the budget is spent, we define the problem this campaign has to solve

Every brand needs something different. A brand nobody knows yet and a brand people know but do not choose need completely different campaigns. GrowBridge diagnoses where the brand stands first, then draws a clear line between what this campaign will own and what it will not. A strategy that promises everything moves nothing.

The conclusion of a strategy should be one sentence, not a thick document. Which metric this campaign will move, and by how much, is agreed with the brand before it starts. Without that agreement, nothing is left to judge success or failure by once the campaign ends.

Approach

  • Diagnose where the brand stands today. Pinpoint where drop-off occurs across awareness, consideration, preference, and purchase
  • Analyze the gap between share of voice (SOV) and share of market (SOM) within the category
  • Map competitors' media patterns and the gaps they leave open
  • Agree on the single core metric this campaign will move
  • Design the target, message, and budget allocation needed to move that metric

When you need this

  • A product launch or a rebrand is coming up
  • Media spend keeps rising while brand metrics stay flat
  • Every agency proposal has a different channel mix, leaving no basis for judgment
  • Internal agreement on the split between branding and performance budget is hard to reach
